A Provisional booking made by phone, in person, by post, or by email, will remain firm for seven days at which time a £50 deposit must be paid.  14 -night bookings are a £100 deposit

The outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 40 days prior to the commencement of your Holiday.

Should a cancellation be made more than 40 days before you start your holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice,

Arrival and Departure info

 

the lodge is usually available from 2 pm on your arrival date. Please vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.

Peak £16 per person per week

Off-Peak £12 per person per week

Children under 2  free

Available at reception.

 

 

Fishing Passes are not included in the price of the holiday, however, they can be purchased at White Acres fishing lodge.
